Course Objectives The general aim of the course is to help students gain basic Russian language skills in order to communicate at pre-intermediate level as the continuation of Russian V.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • At the end of this course students will be able to Reading • Read and talk about countries and cities (compare, dicsuss, etc.) • Read and understand instructions • Ask and answer questions • Summarize texts
  • Speaking • exchange information and opinion about daily topics and familiar issues, • talk about likes and dislikes, daily routines and order foo • talk about their plans, • make daily or weekly plans and talk about them
  • Listening • grasp the gist of the audio materials, • answer the questions about the audio materials,
  • Writing • complete dialogues and answer the related questions • write letters, e-mails and notes.
Course Content Vocabulary, structure and communicative skills at pre-intermediate level; up to date topics on newspapers, magazines, and books.
