Course Objectives Analysing the theoretical foundations of the damages arising from the actions and acts of public administration and analysing problems in practice on this topic.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Has an academic standpoint and being able to produce and share information on the subject of financial responsibility of public administration and specifically on the whole of the process starting form constitutional principles and ending at the judiciary.
  • Evaluates the concepts and principles defining this area in practice and in the judicial process
  • Presents the essentials and the implementation of the protection of the individuals against the public administration
Course Content Constitutional foundations, situation established by case law, judicial and administrative activity of the public administration, the concept of ?public administrations own actions and acts?, its meaning, extent and the problems encountered.
