| Course Objectives | The aim of this course is; to enable students to evaluate, examine and do nursing intervention the normal growth and development characteristics and health deviations according to the systems in the period of 0-18 years on holistic nursing approach. |

| Course Content | Child health problems in Turkey, growth and development according to ages, pediatric screenings, vaccinations and drug applications, normal newborn, high risk newborn,liquid / electrolyte imbalances, accident and poisoning, diseases of body systems in childhood and nursing care, oncological diseases, blood diseases and mental problems in children, high risk child and family. |
