Course Objectives | The aim of this course, to learn the theories required for nursing service management's planning, organizing, execution, coordination, evaluation functions and effective care management and to acquire psychomotor skills necessary for the student to coordinate safe patient care. |

Course Content | Basic concepts and theories related to management, effective management and leadership,the management and organization of a health care unit, nursing mission and philosophy, management objectives, plans and standards, risk management, staff planning, budget preparation, career planning, performance evaluation, communication, job satisfaction, motivation, quality management, accreditation and reporting. |
