Course Objectives This course is designed to prepare aspiring pilots for recruitment processes of airlines, including exams such as the Turkish Airlines English Exam, DLR 1 (English), DLR 2, Mollymawk (English), TOEFL, IELTS, and TOEIC. The course aims to equip students with essential communication skills, grammatical structures, exam strategies, and behavioral interview techniques required for success in these assessments.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • 1. Understand the structure and requirements of airline recruitment processes, including exams and interviews. 2. Develop technical English skills, including grammar and vocabulary, to succeed in airline-specific language assessments. 3. Practice and improve cognitive skills and situational awareness through DLR 1, DLR 2, and Mollymawk test preparations. 4. Acquire essential reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills required for success in TOEFL and IELTS exams. 5. Enhance behavioral interview techniques, including the use of the STAR method and scenario-based responses. 6. Develop effective communication strategies and aviation- specific vocabulary for professional environments. 7. Learn nonverbal communication skills, including body language techniques, to make a positive impression during interviews. 8. Apply theoretical knowledge in simulated real-world exam and interview scenarios. 9. Analyze personal performance in practice sessions to identify strengths and areas for improvement. 10. Gain comprehensive insights into certification processes and final evaluations for airline recruitment.
