Course Objectives The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge on preparing a research proposal by understanding scientific research methods, conducting literature reviews, and adhering to research ethics principles.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • LO1. Knows the methods of literature review.
  • LO2. Compiles and presents the gathered information according to a structured plan.
  • LO3. Selects a sample thesis topic and writes the objectives, research question, and/or hypothesis related to the chosen topic.
  • LO4. Prepares audiovisual materials and is knowledgeable about their usage techniques.
  • LO5. Prepares a Sample Thesis Proposal Report (including the structure, content, topic, research method, procedure to be followed in the research, writing techniques, etc.).
Course Content Field-specific literature review and presentation of scientific information and data obtained after this screening within the framework of a plan, learning and teaching strategies.
