The aim of the Master's Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing is to educate qualified specialist nurses who have completed undergraduate nursing education and are equipped with up-to-date scientific knowledge, research methods, and evidence-based practices specific to women's health. The program aims to develop professionals capable of producing solutions to complex situations encountered in reproductive health and childbirth processes, and who can plan and implement individualized and holistic nursing approaches in response to the changing and increasing health needs of women throughout the life cycle. Additionally, the program seeks to foster lifelong learners who can think critically, identify their learning needs, and actively engage in professional development processes.
