Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine and discuss brain and perception studies in audiology.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Knows the content of perception, cognitive processes and brain studies
  • Understands the relationship between perception, behavior and brain
  • Knows brain imaging and electrophysiological evaluation methods
  • Understands the representation of sensor events in the brain
  • Understands auditory mechanisms of perception
Course Content Evaluation of the positive and negative effects of sound hearing and echo control; technical measures to be taken during application and use.
