Course Objectives Objectives of this course are to introduse the duties and responsibilities of physiotherapist and other health personnel in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Also, to explain ethical principles in the field of health.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define the content of physiotherapy and rehabilitation education and the work areas of physiotherapists.
  • Learn the basic principles of medical ethics and ethical principles for physiotherapists.
  • Gain information about legal regulations regarding physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices.
  • Learns how to behave in the face of unethical behaviors and situations.
Course Content Physiotherapist and rehabilitation concepts, ethical and ethical rules, patient health worker, duties and rights of state and institutions, ethical rules of the physiotherapist's profession, science and education ethics.
