Course Objectives Developing the ability to represent designs through technical drawing.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explains his/her design through drawing.
  • Draws the conic projection for the end user.
  • Explains the product to the end user by shading and coloring it in a composition.
  • Explains the product by sectioning and dimensioning.
Course Content Basic information on perspective for three dimensional product visualization and design drawings is provided. Exercises on three dimensional objects with single point, two point and three point perspective methods are carried out.The surfaces developed through the use of basic geometric forms are represented with methods such as section drawings, manufacturing drawings, dimensioning and in this way, the course aims to develop the representation skills that will be used during design and presentation process.
