Course Objectives People are central and critical to organisations. Therefore, in this course the contemporary themes in the organizational behaviour are examined.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn and evaluate organizational behavior concepts
  • To comprehend the importance of personality, attitude and perceptions in organizations and to comment on the differences
  • To have the stress management and conflict solving skills for a peaceful working environment
  • To know and use the methods for increasing work motivation
  • To understand how a successful leader affects the organization
  • To manage the organizational change process
