Course Objectives The course aims to provide an understanding of the basic tools and fundamental principles upon which finance is based.

  • To determine the value of bonds and the determine the factors that affect bond value.
  • To determine the value of stocks and to analyze the factors that affect the stock value.
  • To compare the capital budgeting methods.
  • To calculate the cash flows and to analyze the risks.
  • To analyze the effects of fixed operating costs on EBIT
