Course Objectives Main objective of this course is to provide the students the knowledge of ‘strategic human resource management’, ‘certain ethical, legal and social considerations’, ‘staffing’, ‘human resource development’, ‘compensation and benefits’, ‘safety and health’, ‘employee and labor relations’
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn key concepts in human resource management
  • To develop an understanding of ethical, legal and social aspects of human resource management
  • To learn main aspects of staffing, human resource development, compensation and benefits, safety and health, and employee and labor relations
