Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of fundamental concepts relating to securities law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To issue bills of exchange
  • To conduct activities and strategies concordant to law of securitites in business life
  • To distinguish and classify the securities
  • To produce solutions concordant to law to conflicts of business life
Course Content Definition and properties of ecurities, securities law, legal attributes of securities, payment and demonstration, limitation.
