Course Objectives In this course students will learn the basic concepts, approaches and developments in international business.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;

  • To have an understanding of globalization of markets and the internationalization of the firm
  • To learn the organizational participants that make international business happen
  • To have an understanding of environment of international business
  • To have an understanding of foreign market entry strategies
Course Content Instrumental concepts for understanding international business literature; Globalization of markets and the internationalization of the firm; Organizational participants that make international business happen; Cultural environment of international business; Ethics and international business; Theories of international trade and investment; Political and legal systems in national environments; Government intervention in international business.
