Course Objectives This course aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge for resolving individual labor disputes that arise in practice after the termination of employment contracts. It also aims to teach the fundamental concepts and institutions of social security law, as well as theoretical knowledge related to work regulation, occupational health, and safety.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • A student who successfully completes this course will be able to explain the types of termination of employment contracts; explain and list the conditions for being subject to job security; explain the termination of employment contracts for valid and just causes and their consequences, and resolve related disputes; list the fundamental rules related to work regulation, occupational health, and safety; provide examples of the application of social insurance; explain the types of short-term and long-term insurance; explain and critique the non-contributory regime; distinguish and explain the main doctrinal differences, and acquire knowledge of established jurisprudence to use in resolving disputes.
