1) Understands, compares and paraphrases the basic concepts of law as a jurist following common principles of law.
2) Solves problems using a critical point of view when necessary, determines and analyses the theoretical and practical problems of law.
3) Understands, plans, exercises and coordinates the functions of law, by explaining and practising.
4) Understands the strategic, tactical and practical dimensions of private and public law.
5) Understands the local, national, international, universal and supranational dimensions of private and public law.
6) Understands modern methods and distinctions of law.
7) Can successfully participate in disciplinary and interdisciplinary team works.
8) Have an open-minded attitude towards learning and attempting.
9) Assimilates and complies with the rules related to legal ethics and profession within the framework of social responsibility awareness.
10) Can use Turkish effectively both orally and in writing and has communication skills required for a career in the discipline of law.
11) Thinks critically and creatively on legal and social problems based on the principle of rule of law and the ideal of justice.
12) Understands and practices the national and international dimensions of law by following court case law and practices.

15) Reinforces the knowledge of foreign languages and has a command of legal terminology.
