Course Objectives The aim of course is giving information about Law of Turkısh Obligations- Specific Artic les and interpreting the terms of law. Analyzing the relevant court decisions and giving information about Specific Artic les with discussing.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Compares types of contracts established in private debt relationships
  • Solves disputes in private debt relationships.
  • Executes cases related to private debt relations.
  • Classify private law contracts.
  • Explain the provisions applicable to private law contracts.
Course Content Liberty of contracts, special types of contracts, form requirements of contracts.
