Course Objectives The purpose of the course is to explain the main aspects and institutions of European union, the discussions about application of EU law on national area.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Describe the history of the European Union with its establishment.
  • Explain the functioning of the main institutions of the European Union.
  • Evaluate the effect of European Union law on national law.
  • Can compare the appropriateness and status of sample states to the membership of the European Union.
  • Can discuss the appropriateness of the actual practice to European Union law.
