Course Objectives The main subject of the finance law is understanding interaction between law and economy. Because, the most complex transactions are found in banking business.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • be able to distinguish the basic concepts of Finance Law like general provisions on finance of banking business
  • to solve legal problems related to practical difficulties on finance provisions and resolutions.
