Course Objectives This course examines the concepts of the Turkish Constitutional Jurisdiction law, institutions and the structures of the constitutional and political system. Historical development of Turkish Constitutional Court and it’s duties and powers are the main issues of the course.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • It develops knowledge about the political and legal institutions of the Constitutional jurisdiction
  • It gives interpretation skills about Turkish constitutional judicial system .
  • They gain the ability to solve the problems they face in the field of constitutional justice.
Course Content Comparative constitutional jurisdiction; theoretical and historical foundations of constitutional jurisdicton; functions and power of Turkish Constitutional Court.
