Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to teach students; the basics of trademark law and prepare them to solve problems they can confront.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The students completing the course successfully, -They apply elements to the problems that they can confront about trademark law.
  • -They explain basic principles of trademark law.
  • -They criticise current legislation on trademark, comparing annulled and current legislation.
  • -They determine trademark infringement.
Course Content Definition of trademarks, types of trademarks, the registration process of trademark, legal transactions in relation with trademarks, law number of 556 pertaining to the protection of trademarks.
