The Doctoral Degree in Political Science and Public Administration is awarded to students who have successfully completed all courses in the curriculum and have obtained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. (A minimum of 240 ECTS credits have to be earned for graduation. The Ph. D. candidates with a Bahcelor's Degree has to earn 300 ECTS credits.) Also, the student has to submit a thesis to be examined by a thesis monitoring committee and to be found successful.
