Course Objectives To provide students with information about the positive psychology approach, which offers the opportunity to work in different fields such as social, clinical, health, personality and motivation and focuses on the happiness and well-being of people.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • develop an understanding of approaches in positive psychology,
  • comprehend basic positive psychology concepts,
  • learn the working principles of positive psychology phenomena,
  • understand positive psychology studies and findings conducted in different fields of study.
Course Content Positive psychology approach, basic concepts, psychological processes underlying the basic concepts, positive psychology findings related to motivation, positive psychological processes specifically in close relationship dynamics, individual well-being, cultural and institutional well-being.
