Course Objectives The aim is to get students familiar with the basic concepts, theories and measurement methods of several popular topics of organizational psychology.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define basic concepts in organizational psychology
  • Explain work attitudes and behaviors.
  • Integrate leadership and motivation issues
  • Infer reasons of psychological problems in work context
Course Content Attraction and socialization, job satisfaction and commitment, productive and counterproductive behavior in organizations, theories of motivation, introduction to group behavior and group effectiveness.
