Course Objectives The major aim of the course is to introduce the structural aspects of managing inter-organizational Relationships. Also, such topics as power and dependency, bases of power and power tactics are focused. Different level of analysis regarding power as Intra-organizational, organizational and inter-organizational are also discussed.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To learn the theories and models that are used for analyzing inter-organizational relationships.
  • To develop an understanding of the theoretical background regarding inter-organizational relationships
  • To identify and manage inter-organizational relationships
Course Content Relationships between the organizations; how these relationships may help organizations to increase their effectiveness within the competition; the effect of such relations on the creation of networks among the organizations.
