Course Objectives The aim of the course is to provide students with the ability to understand and use effective supply chain management strategies.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • to define the basic functions of supply chains and their importance.
  • to analyze the interaction between different elements in supply chains.
Course Content The basic SCM concepts include purchasing, manufacturing flow management, production, marketing, sales, distribution, customer relationship and service management, demand management, order fulfilment, supplier relationship management, IT, product development and commercialization, returns management from functional and process perspective.
