Course Objectives This course aims to establish a link between theory and practice in management for preparing the students to real life situations along with providing them the knowlege and skills of business research.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To develop the skills of establishing a link between theory and practice in management.
  • To learn how to do business research.
  • To learn basics of academic writing.
  • To develop presentation skills.
Course Content Main aspects of business research; the scientific approach and alternative approaches to research; the broad problem area and defining the problem statement; the critical literature review; theoretical framework and hypothesis development; elements of research design; data collection methods: introduction and interviews, observation,questionnaires
