Course Objectives The objective of this course is to introduce the fundamentals of business administration. This course follows up on the MAN111 course material.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To understand the fundamentals of business administration
  • To identify the functions of management
  • To explain how the different functions complement one another
  • To comprehend the effectiveness of conflict management
  • To observe the way of reducing employees' stress
