Course Objectives The main objective of the course is to enable the students to evaluate investment projects.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To compare the expected cash inflows and outflows from a project.
  • To determine the cost of capital that is used in project evaluation.
  • Apply the techniques that is used in project evaluation.
  • Making decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a project.
Course Content Conceptual basics of investment projects, main analysis in project development, project evaluation, risk analysis in project evaluation, other profitability and economic anaysis.
