Course Objectives To determine the fundamental concepts and relationships in Business Law and in Law of Obigations to provide students with knowledge that would enable them to analyze and solve problems
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Be able to distinguish the basic concepts of Commercial Law like commercial enterprise, commercial transaction and trader
  • Dominate the basic concepts of law and legal terminology
  • Recognize the separation of private and public law
  • Gain information about the sources of law
  • Gain information about the Concept of “Company” in general and characteristics of company and Detailed examination of Corporation and Limited Liability Company
Course Content The concept of enterprise law, dealer concept, mercantile affair, tradename, unfair trade and concept of obligation, contracts as a source of debts, illicit act, unjust enrichment, fullfillments, responsibilities, types of contracts.
