Course Objectives Serigraphy printmarking techniques, free usage of this technique in design and seeking new approaches. While moving from sketch to print stage, implementing via printmarking techniques graphic elements designed by hand or on computer. Application of Serigraphy printmarking technique in Graphic design artistic productions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • The Students know basic information on serigraphy printmarking.
  • The Students know and talk about tools, materials and functions of serigraphy printmarking.
  • The Students design and multiply original serigraphy printmarkings.
  • The Students know and apply multi colored serigraphy printmarking problems and solution methods.
  • The Students know and correctly apply subtitling and numbering method in printmarkings.
Course Content Silk-screen printing technique produced with the artistic and industrial studies; print preparation, exposuring, and discusions of the applications of printing processes; traditional methods, and computer-generated designs, single-color and multi-color printing techniques; Miniprint and Exlibris studies of learned techniques with error-free manner.
