Course Objectives To teach how to manage an agency

Course Content Opening a graphic agency, laws and regulations, organizational chart of the graphic agency, departments, tools and materials, work-flow, employer and agency relationships; the evaluation of the cost of graphic projects, materials and tools used in the projects and unit price analysis.
