| Course Objectives | This course aims to introduce the students with work laws, laborer-employer relations as well as responsibilities of all concerned groups (laborers, employers, unions and the government). |

| Course Content | General concepts, scope of the labor law, contract of employment, creation of a healthy and safe working environment for workers, accidents and risks at the workplace, liability issues, social security, labor unions, employee-employer bargaining for salaries and benefits, strikes and lock-outs. |
