Course Objectives The aim of this course is to examine the "Partners Lawsuit", which was held for the first time in terms of the partnerships in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, in terms of both partnerships and corporations (shareholder lawsuits).
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Examine the codifications related Company Law and makes comments.
  • Examines the conflicts, solves solutions and implements solutions for them.
  • Follows the new codifications and academic researches. Participates in the legal discussions in panels and symposiums.
  • They use basic concepts and knowledge of commercial law, do research and apply what they learn.
Course Content Historical development of partner/shareholders lawsuits; parties of partner/shareholders lawsuits; subject of partner/shareholders lawsuits; conditions of partner/shareholders lawsuits; partner/shareholders lawsuits in practice.
