The main objective of the the Ph.D. programme in Private Law aims to ensure that candidates gain advanced knowledge in the field. Especially, it is aimed at students to identify and evaluate problems in the field of Private Law, to propose solutions to disputes, to have scientific research skills, to specialize in private law practice and to produce original ideas in this field of law. In this way, it is aimed to give the students the ability to interpret the events, concepts and processes related to science with a broad and deep perspective and to determine the necessary steps to reach new syntheses.
