To be successful in defense of the thesis and to provide other conditions, at least three copies of the doctoral thesis and three copies of the electronic CD prepared in pdf format shall be entitled to receive a student doctoral diploma which delivers to the related institute within one month from the date of entrance to the thesis examination .
