Course Objectives The main objective of this course is to build, upon the foundational knowledge of contract types taught in undergraduate education, a detailed understanding of new types of contracts that have become widespread in practice.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students who complete this course are expected to develop expertise in freedom of contract and its limits, theories relating to innominate contracts, and new types of contracts.
Course Content The content of the course consists of the types of contracts that have become widespread in practice within the scope of freedom of contract.
