Course Objectives This course juridical organization, basic concepts and institutions, the duties of the courts, basic information about procedural law are explained.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • • Being able to explain the concepts of law. • Being able to interpret the rules of law. • Being able to distinguish law branches. • Being able to identify the jurist identity. • Being able to apply the rules of law for settlement of disputes. • Having a full command of basic concepts, foundations, rules and resources; being able to give methodological and ethical basics of law. • Being able to recognize the law, law system and judgment organization.
