Course Objectives The main purpose of the course is to explain the main concepts and principles regarding judiciary, the organization of Turkish judiciary, different branches of judiciary, different court types and other judicial authorities in Turkey; and so notice the general principles of law.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;

Course Content Basic concepts of judicial organization, conflicts of jurisdiction, law of notifications, notification method.
