Course Objectives Students should examine the national and international legislation in a certain way and prepare the proposals on how to make changes when necessary by referring to the opinions of other countries' regulations, doctrines, court decisions, the practitioners, and share this opinion with relevant institutions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Able to learn legislation review, literature review, decision making, learning and application of law making techniques.
Course Content In the scope of the law clinic, students are responsible for examining relevant legislation in one or more different issues in each semester, investigating the related literature and court decisions, identifying the problems in practice and developing the solution proposals for them and formulating the proposed act and/ or regulatory transaction
