Course Objectives The purpose of the course is to explain the main aspects and institutions of execution and bankruptcy law, arrestment , sequestration, composition with creditors . execution
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Explain aim and fundamentals of enforcement law.
  • Give explanation about types of execution systems.
  • Explain fundamental conception of attachment and realizing the goods.
  • Explain aim and fundamentals of bankruptcy execution, rescission and composition in bankruptcy.
Course Content Law debt enforcement in general and its aim; enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy in general and types of bankruptcy.
