Course Objectives The course is an introductory course to Capital Markets Law. The main aim of the course is to introduce the principle concepts of Capital Markets Law
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Students that succesful of this course will able to: • Analize how the capital markets operate (eg stock exchange operations) and elements of crime and penalties in capital markets
  • Make connections the relations between Capital Market Law and other fields of law
  • Identify the Capital Market Crimes
  • Use Bonds, Bank Certificate, Finance Bond in practice
