ATILIM UNIVERSITY LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE POLICY
With its own approach, Atılım University regards itself as a system consisting of subsystems/ components, affected by both external and internal dynamics/ developments/ opinions, and takes this perspective into consideration in process management.
The Atılım University Leadership and Governance Policy is executed by the administrators at the University with respect to the inputs defined as “Stakeholder feedback”, “Change in ecosystem dynamics”, “Mission/ Vision-based change”, “Data and performance indicators on education and research outputs”, in order to ensure that the system structure in place remains secure and sustainable.
