THE GRADUATION CEREMONY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2025-2026
- The graduation ceremony for the Academic Year of 2025 - 2026 takes place on July 16-18, 2026, in three sessions, at the Amphitheater.
- YOUR REGALIA WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP BETWEEN MONDAY, JULY 6, 2026 - FRIDAY, JULY 10, 2026 (BETWEEN 09:00 - 12:00 AND 13:00 - 17:00). To receive your cap, scarf, and regalia, you will need to pay the deposit of 4,000.00 TL between these dates by credit card via the Virtual POS on ATACS/ UNACS.
- This deposit transaction will appear as a processing transaction. No payments will be accepted through any method (cash payments, EFT, etc.) other than the aforementioned method (international students who are unable to pay by credit card may provide their deposit fees in cash at the accounting office located in the administrative building).
- Following your deposit payment, you may present to Classroom no. 1033, Floor 1, School of Engineering with your Student ID to receive your regalia.
- THE PAYMENT SYSTEM CLOSES AT 5:00 PM ON Friday, July 10, 2026. STUDENTS NOT HAVING RECEIVED THEIR REGALIA UNTIL THEN WILL BE STRICTLY UNABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY.
- As for students unable to receive their regalia in person, and having provided the name of the individual to do so on their behalf in the relevant field of the form; these individuals may receive the regalia for the students in question (with the condition to present their own Republic of Türkiye Citizenship ID card). Individuals other than those appointed by students themselves via the forms shall not be provided with regalia. Students’ decisions regarding their delivery persons may not be changed afterwards.
- Graduates are to return their regalia between July 20 - 29, 2026; at the same unit (between 9:00 AM-12:00 and 13:00-17:00 on weekdays, or until 21:00 on ceremony days).
- AS PER THE PROVISION RULES, DEPOSIT PAYMENTS FOR REGALIA NOT RETURNED ON TIME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- Deposit payments are to be returned via the card used by graduates for deposit payments provided that regalia are returned in the same condition as they were borrowed; and that they are returned on time.
- Deposit returns will be subjected to a discount of 2500 TL for missing pieces, tears, or adjustments on cloaks; 750 TL for missing pieces, tears, or visible damage on caps; and 750 TL for missing pieces, tears, or visible damage on scarves.
- The medallion that completes the regalia is a keepsake for our graduates.
- No separate regalia sets will be provided to graduates of Double-Major programs.
- The seating arrangement and the seat numbers for students receiving their regalia are to be published at our website. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SEAT AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE THE CEREMONY STARTS.
