Course Objectives This course is aimed to enable the students to understand the fundamentals of individual and collective business law and recognize the development, instruments and legal nature of social security system and Turkish social security institutions.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Become familiar with and cross reference the fundamental concepts of collective labour law and social security law - Analyse and compare national regulations and decided court decisions on the subject - Learn how to recommend changes that should be made to manage current problems
Course Content The fundamentals and application fields of business law, individual and collective business law subjects.
