2 Week 2 Debts; relations and responsibilities.
3 Week 3 Obligations of agreements; agreement concept; proposal; acceptance.
4 Week 4 Type of agreement; consequences of not following an agreement.
5 Week 5 Nonconformity between will and declaration of will; collusion; fault; fraud; coercion; lesion.
6 Week 6 Agency; Agency with/without authority.
7 Week 7 Act of Injustice and its circumstances; Unjust enrichment and its circumstances
8 Week 8 MIDTERM
9 Week 9 Debt provisions; debt fulfilment; default of debtor.
10 Week 10 Special conditions of debts; joint indebtedness.
11 Week 11 Contingent liabilities; forfeit money and penal clause.
12 Week 12 Transfer of claim; transfer of debt and debt burdens.
13 Week 13 End of debts; remission; renewal; fusion; objective impossibility; barter; time lapse.
14 Week 14 General evaluation of the semester and repetition of matters wished to be discussed before the final exam.
