Course Objectives This is an encompassing course which aims to show students the need for and the methods of integrating a firm’s functional areas without neglecting the interactions with the environment. The objectives intended to achieve and management strategy, policies, plans and tasks to move toward these objectives.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • To determine the organization's objective and the tools to be used to achieve these objectives
  • To show how to apply the strategies
  • To evaluate and control the implemented strategies
  • To follow the global strategies and new approaches
