Course Objectives The main purpose of this course is giving theoretical information about international family law about solving legal problems with international element about Engagement, Marriage, End of Marriage, Adoption , Guardianship and Parental Custody.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;

  • Student critisize regulations and offer solutions.
