Course Objectives Labour law is a branch of law, which regulates the labour contract enacted between employees and their employers, in other words the relationship between employee and employer. According to Law No.4857, it can be concluded that the regulations, which is about sorts of labour contract, the termination of labour contract and its legal conclusions, take an important place. It should be emphasized that related subjects of Labour Law have an important place in practice.
Course Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Effectively puts the codifications related with The Law of Labour Contracts into order while exemplifying them.
  • Correlates the notions and institutions on the Law of Labour Contract, explains the practical conflicts and resolves them.
  • Follows the new codifications and academic researches about Law of Labour Contract. Improves the information provided during the program concerning the Law of Labour Contract by self-studying and uses it.
